1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
    • Intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear)
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale items

2. Return Process

  • Step 2: After approval, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Step 3: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will initiate a refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be given store credit with a validity of 3 months from date of issue within 5-6 working days.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Damaged Items
